I wish I could get her on any type of napping schedule but everytime I try something happens like her pooping or something that prevents her from taking a nap. She usually takes a 2-3 hour nap though.Maleahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02210523517901440837noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3907261044045702165.post-55719236231005930352010-01-27T19:00:22.369-08:002010-01-27T19:00:22.369-08:00I agree with Kelsey, just try moving back her nap ...I agree with Kelsey, just try moving back her nap day by day. Austin did it all on his own, he one day just stopped taking a morning nap and decided a longer afternoon nap would do. He used to do 2 naps, both about an hour each, and now he does one afternoon nap for about 2 hours. Even at daycare, he stuck to that routine. Bed at 7pm, up at 6:30am (weekdays, for daycare), nap 11:30-2:30 or so. And on weekends, same routine but we put him to bed a little later so he can sleep in!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3907261044045702165.post-71434192474699115382010-01-27T16:06:53.465-08:002010-01-27T16:06:53.465-08:00try moving her nap back 1/2 hour, every day for 3 ...try moving her nap back 1/2 hour, every day for 3 days. then for another three days, another half an hour (morning nap, obviously). do this until you get to about noon, then just keep her at that one nap. also, when you start doing it, put her down in the late afternoon for a while. even if she doesn't sleep, she will probably need the "quiet" time. that's just my two cents. lol.

love the pictures though. tired girl. norah wakes up at the same time every day, regardless of when she goes to bed, so i figure earlier is better for her and me! ha. good luck.kelseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11236559970790471035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3907261044045702165.post-57277172680343410002010-01-26T21:02:47.359-08:002010-01-26T21:02:47.359-08:00cute pictures! whenever i put boston down later, h...cute pictures! whenever i put boston down later, he sleeps less....it seems like no matter when i put him down, he was waking up at 2:30, so i started putting him down earlier (no later than 12:30) and he still slept until 2:30! so maybe try the one nap earlier???? i have no idea though...every kiddo is different!

chloe must have been an angel today to have forgotten to put her down...boston is too crabby to try and skip a nap! :o)PamHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13755313566166211513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3907261044045702165.post-58330806828905676162010-01-26T20:18:51.949-08:002010-01-26T20:18:51.949-08:00It is a hard adjustment. IF i'm lucky i'll get 2 hours out of them and ya it sucks but at least it's something! That's what I tell myself anyways.Francis Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00462682451696042589noreply@blogger.com
